教学

主要讲授电子科学与技术专业和应用物理专业本科生课程:半导体物理《半导体器件物理》材料科学基础太阳电池材料工程实践等课程,讲授物理电子学专业研究生课程:《物理电子学光电材料与器件,出版教材1部,获批国家级一流本科课程1项。

 

培养研究生情况

培养已毕业硕士研究生36人,其中学术型硕士 21人,专业型硕士15人,在读研究生9人,其中学术型硕士 4人,专业型硕士5人。

 

研究领域

主要从事半导体材料、半导体器件、光电功能材料及光伏技术等方面的研究,主持国家自然科学基金2项,主持内蒙古自治区自然科学基金2项,参与国家自然科学基金2项,参与内蒙古自治区创新引导奖励基金1项,参与内蒙古自治区重大基础研究开放课题1项,发表SCI收录的学术论文30余篇,出版专著1部。
